Fast and Friendly Meatballs Recipe
These oven-baked meatballs are fast and easy to prepare and very kid-friendly. You can serve them with pasta and spaghetti sauce or just eat them with ketchup, as my children do.
This recipe is fast and friendly, but also a little bland. Try adding some balsalmic vinegar and worchestershire sauce. Adds so much flavor!
Very easy and healthy meatball recipe.
SO awesome! I didn't have Italian breadcrumbs so I just added a tblsp of Italian seasonings. I also added a tblsp of grated parmesan. I served these with just a sauce made of canned crushed tomatoes and worstishire sauce (1 tblsp) and steamed artichokes, DELICIOUS! Thanks for a great recipe!!
WOW! Just like to say i goofed up and added the oil to the meat mixture and it was the best mistake I made. So moist and amazingly delicious. I also added 1 tsp each of garlic salt, oregano, basil and italian seasoning. This is foolproof. great with italian sauce or ketchupn .I also sprayed the pan with cooking spray.
Absolutely delicious! I did make a couple of additions/changes - I used meatloaf mix (beef/pork/veal), and added 2 TBSP of parmesan cheese and 2 tsp crushed garlic for extra flavor. Baked them according to the recipe then put them in a pot of sauce to simmer for a couple hours. They were fantastic! Definitely a keeper!
So simple, easy to whip together in minutes! I did add some garlic powder, and after they were up to 165, put them under the broiler to crisp them up. It was a little too plain for my hubby, who's a picky eater, so I may end up adding extra spices next time. Very good overall!
